Meet Sharon. Sharon Deerman is the proud owner and founder of Shairon’s Salon—a space built on faith, purpose, and the belief that beauty begins within. With over 20 years in the industry, she felt called to create more than just a salon. Her mission has always been to grow people, speak life, and cultivate an environment where encouragement, inspiration, and grace are part of the everyday atmosphere.
Under Sharon’s leadership, the salon has expanded twice and become home to a thriving team of stylists and nail techs who share her heart for serving others. She is a devoted wife, loving mother, and “Hunny” to two precious grandsons. Whether she’s mentoring her team, pouring into her guests, or dreaming up the next big idea, Sharon leads with faith, love, and joy.
